Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Once you place your order, we aim to get it processed, packaged and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. You can expect to get a confirmation email after your order is placed, and then another email as soon as your scanned by the mail carrier with tracking details. 

LOCAL DELIVERY: Local delivery is available for addresses within the Crested Butte 81224 and 81225 zip codes. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Please allow between 1 - 3 business days for us to process and package your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with drop off information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and are calculated by the weight and quantity of your order.

ORDER EDITS OR CHANGES: Once you place your order, we aim to fulfill and ship your items as quickly as possible. We are unable to edit, cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience!
